LUCKYVICTORY

Backend & full-stack engineer building payment systems, AI agent tooling and developer tools — and writing about all three.

Scroll

  1. Moves money

Fintech backends, NIBSS-compliant rails, and the official Afriex TypeScript SDK.

  2. Watches agents

DriftWatch traces agent behaviour as OpenTelemetry; Vetit reviews MCP servers before agents use them.

  3. Ships to customers

Zia: inventory forecasting and reordering for Shopify merchants, built and run end to end.

  4. Explains itself

30+ technical articles, SDK docs, and Cutroom, which turns a codebase into launch videos.

02 About

About Lucky

I like the unglamorous parts: the access-control matrix, the webhook that arrives twice, the SDK error message someone reads at 2 a.m.

I'm Lucky Victory, also known as Veek. I build backend systems for payments and tools for AI agents: the official Afriex TypeScript SDK and its commerce plugins, Zia for Shopify merchants, and DriftWatch, an open-source SDK for watching agents in production.

I'm based in Lagos, Nigeria · WAT (UTC+1), and I work remotely. UTC+1 overlaps the full European working day and US East Coast mornings. I'm looking for a backend, full-stack, frontend or DevRel role, and I write about what I build along the way.

Kind words

“Victory is a very talented developer who generously shares his knowledge with others. He is a very valued member of our community, willing and capable of helping others get unstuck. Any company that gets ahold of Victory should do its utmost to keep him.”

Per BorgenCEO, Scrimba

“Lucky is an exceptional developer with a very calm spirit. He not only developed a professional website for us, but also took the pain of training us to use it with and without his supervision. He delivered quality service with cost-effective advice.”
